Description

A digital logistics management platform designed to simplify shipment processes for both individuals and businesses. The platform caters to multiple user types; individuals, small businesses, enterprises, and admin managers by centralizing the entire logistics workflow into a single, user-friendly interface.

THE QUICK READ

What I built: End-to-end product design for a digital logistics management platform — onboarding, dashboard, a 5-step shipment form, carrier selection, insurance, and an admin management system.

What this proves: I can take a multi-stakeholder, process-heavy product and design it into something that feels guided, clear, and fast for every type of user.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Quiqit is a digital logistics management platform that centralises the entire shipment process — from application to delivery — into one interface. It serves four user types: individuals, small businesses, enterprises, and admin managers.

Users can apply for shipments, select courier services, access insurance, and manage payments through an integrated wallet. On the backend, an Admin Management System gives operators full visibility into shipment activity and payment settlements.
